Add some charts in the statistics section

Have fun and add whatever makes sense :D

Adding charts instead of the table, means that there is no good place for the recording links anymore. Add them directly to the slides or think of a clever way to maybe even merge those two pages if it makes sense.

Since we now have the cool new yaml format that we can process more easily I'm all in for "fun with data" 👍

I'd like to also track our hosts.
In my opinion it would make it so much easier if we directly track the host in the yaml file to

• have statistics which organization is hosting us most often
• have insights into the concrete dates and decide when it is a good time to approach a host again
