Confusing Documents of Wobbly Stitcher #169

Hi,
Wobby stitcher has a confusing document . Steps in the doc cannot be connected as new term comes out without explain, e.g., z-value in Non-rigid alignment. Looks like context are put under the wrong section.
Why the best z displacement is re-estimated in Non-rigid alignment since it is just estimated by the previous step Rigid alignment? Why there is a second step Final Placement after the final step Non-rigid alignment?
