Allow getting component list without regard to inventory

Suggestion

Under the components view, where it allows you to request the components for a factory or get a constant combinator that outputs them, the list of components always subtracts any items that are currently in your inventory.

I would like to be able to use these options to just get the full component list, without regard to what happens to be in my inventory at the time. (My standard playstyle is extremely heavy on remote view, and I rarely build directly from inventory.) This allows sending the list to SpaceEx rockets, spidertron requests, buffer chests, etc.

Possibly there could be an option under preferences that controls whether these buttons check your inventory or not?
