• - Confirm that the correct tasks and dependencies are in the XML file
• - Sanity check single cycle increments and omfs
• - Confirm that the correct yaml configuration and fix files are being used
• - Confirm that the correct snow DA files are being archived
• - Confirm that the directory structure and filenames for gfs/gdas/enkfgfs/enkfgdas are correct
• - Confirm that the sfc_data restarts used by the subsequent DA/forecast cycle includes the expected snow increment

The snocvr_snomad IODA files were not generated correctly during the snow ensemble analysis in the RTs. A bug fix is required to resolve this issue.

The issue was resolved at: NOAA-EMC/global-workflow#4401 with commit de48f20eb on Jan 7, however, the fix has not yet been incorporated into the dev/gfs.v17 branch for the RTs.

The GFSv17 tracker for the JEDI-based snow data assimilation system was worked. An issue was identified in which U.S. snow depth data were not generated correctly in the snow ensemble analysis. A fix has been proposed for implementation in the retrospective runs.

Sanity checks were conducted on the single-cycle snow depth increments and the observation-minus-forecast (OmF) values in the GFSv17 real-time runs.
