Readd printing presses

Does anyone even know what those are supposed to do?

Couple of things.

• "Printing Plates" -- source for all that comes, has a unique stamp to it.
• "Pamphlets" -- e.g. lored paper done in bulk from a book as source material.
• "Secure Notes" -- e.g. Pamphlets but with a serial number drawn from the Printing Plates.
• "Copies" -- Instead of appending a new "Copy..." to the title, simply duplicates the book at that copy level. So Originals are duplicated as original, copy of as copy of, etc. Should be an improvement in cost over vanilla.

The original mechanics were a bit confusing due to the "hidden" queue; with the new visualization / menu stuff it'd be great to revisit that but actually show the materials as they pass through the printing process.

Instead of remaking the complicated queue process, why not just have a recipe that when selected takes you to a sub-menu that lets you choose how many copies you want to make? The more copies the longer the run time.

On another note, it would be neat if there were secure books too. Along with secure books there could be some sort of secure stamp or seal item that when crafted with a book lets you append pages. This would make passports and verifiable ledgers possible.

I really like the append idea; that'd be quite fun.

As for process, could do both; the queue existed simply to allow somehow continuous processing of copies but a "delay" in producing the first set. Just presenting the queue better would solve much of the confusion, but I'm not opposed to what you propose either :)
