Sort categories by name

The category list in AVO is pretty long.
Every item except "All" should be sorted alphabetically to faster find what you are looking for.
"All" should still be the first item.

Sorting the Category or sort items inside Category ?

Categories are maintained manually; Vehicle list is ready by VehicleManager internal sorting. Usually first build in assets, then workshop items. These are already sorted.

Both objects "UIFastList" (keeping Categories) and the "UIPanel" (keeping items) do not have a sorting attribute, so all needs code extension or completly new design.

The revised list for AVO 1.9.1 is:
