Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Need to allow upload and download of single CKLB files

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow .cklb to upload
parse CKLB JSON format
save as XML but allow download to/from JSON

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leave as .ckl only, but will become outdated
