Update to latest Chlu release

The Explorer is broken until we upgrade Chlu.

What needs changing:

- review format has changed
- API to get review list has changed

Features we should add:

- see review by TX ID
- choose chlu network (via URL parameter maybe)
- see reviews by DID
- view DIDs
