Description
Extract package relate to message dispatch, platform adapter, platform façade et cetera to a individual project and modularize them. lukosBot2 will keep implementations of command and service only.
May be named as "lupusCore", "lukosCore", "likosCore", "likors" or something else.
Should be a long term issue and will be finished in further days.
