Jenkins has https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/SCM+Sync+configuration+plugin
Perhaps we should be using it as the way to keep our Jenkins configuration under version control. This bug can be closed when we have decided whether or not we will use the plugin.
