Prerequisite: install and initialize the longmemory CLI.
Add the repository or a local marketplace with codex plugin marketplace add, then install the longmemory plugin from the ChatGPT/Codex Plugins Directory. The manifest follows the current .codex-plugin/plugin.json layout.
