This is the task issue for “Town Hall Proposal Monthly planning session” which will be held on Thursday, 15th August 2024 at UTC.

This task is intended to complete final planning for each Intersect Town Hall. This comprises -

• A review of tasks and decisions
• A project board stand-up where each project member provides updates on their tasks
• Any Other Business
