Try to have a function to parse a repository and generate a set of XQuery function based on the refsDecl ?

I think this could be a way to resolve some of the issue of the original xQuery code. That would easily make the xQuery code more efficient by not having to use "eval". That could be a way to deal with some of the original issues we had with xQuery...
