Currently we support AWS as an S3 provider
in local dev and for custom instances, we should support other S3 providers

For local dev; can clone the MinIo S3 container config from github.com/un/inbox

Also add new ENV for s3 browse URL change instances of https://v.cap.so/ to ENV with default fallback to https://v.cap.so/
