[Feature]: Add Hamburger Menu for the Navigation bar to the improve the mobile/tablet view

Adding a Hamburger Menu for the mobile/tablet view to show the navigation Bar Links/Buttons.

Problem Statement

The NavLinks such as "AI-Assistance" , "Cognitive Skills", "Role Prep" etc. are unavailable to the user in mobile/tablet view. Only Getting Started Button is visible in mobile/tablet view.

Proposed Solution

Add a hamburger menu to to show the navLinks and the Login button to the user in the mobile/tablet view.

This adds to a seamless navigation expirience for users in all screen sizes.
