Making Co-Labs Fully Open Source

To make Co-Labs Fully Open Source there are a few steps we need to take:

**Create an Organization (come up with a name for the organization)**
**Rename the Co-Lab Project (come up with a better name for Co-Lab)**
**Create a config file with personal settings**
**Add a Licence to the project.**
