Live-system lags so much post-installation

1. Install CachyOS via Calamares.

2. After installation completed, it lags too bad doesn't matter the hardware! I see this issue on both T440 and a laptop with i5 10th generation.

Also please remove the CachyOS KDE config/theme from live iso. Even though I appreciate the optimized packages and kernel, this project should be closer to vanilla Arch when possible.

Many people are unhappy that this project is over-opinioned. I know this project is still new but still sharing my opinions is important I guess.

The ISO that it laggs is normal, there is no reason to work several hours into to improve it, since its only thought as an installation medium.

2. You can try using the Testing ISO, which will then provide the LTS Kernel out of the box, since this could be an upstream issue. https://cdn77.cachyos.org/ISO/testing/cachyos-desktop-linux-250816.iso

3. Why should we remove this? There are only specific small changes applied, like a Logo change. If you want a "vanilla arch as possible" then you could use EOS as example. There is no need for a "vanilla like archlinux" distribution since there are dozens of them available

If you dont want to have any KDE Theming after installation, then you can just untick in the package selection "cachyos-kde-settings"

Can you please add the testing ISO link to the download page?

This would be very useful for others too I guess?

And about being closer to the vanilla Arch, well your config makes KDE taskbar smaller which is not useful and making animations faster makes the KDE ugly tbh. Vanilla version feels better. This is what I mean by "vanilla".

This is maybe your opinion, but this does not reflect of most people the opinion
