Unstable - Rstudio Connect and the Linux server - parse error: trailing garbage

Solved by rebuilding the pages / app locally in RStudio and adding to the git repo (commit push) - a few times -> updated all packages (i.e. installed anew) and now all websites are back online with a warning:
