Deprecation life cycle

[Memory.setType](https://github.com/CST-Group/cst/blob/deb39d94d9ee526bab910353747f701dec1f6133/src/main/java/br/unicamp/cst/core/entities/Memory.java#L64) is deprecated has been deprecated for 3 years now. I believe it can be removed with a new major release, or indicated in which version/date it will be removed.
