install problem in windows 11

I am very confused with installing colpack in win11. could you give me some instructions? or command line? thx

    colpack-config.cmake

I don't know how to deal with this problem in opensim_souce code installation. and I don't know what is the different with other person who don't have this issue.

Same issue with me. Cant find the files.
