Suggestion: linux/macos build

On steam, cs supports windows,linux and mac
Maybe You could somehow add compatibility outside of windows os?
I guess I could potentially use nextclient through proton but I think VAC does not work with proton.

I know that the client works at least on Proton GE 7.55, at least for pirated versions.

There will be no native linux or mac support in the foreseeable future. It will be possible once the entire engine is restored. At the moment, too many patches are being applied to the engine, and maintaining their functionality on both windows and linux simultaneously is not desirable (on mac, such patches cannot be applied at all)
