Pixel: New gain calibrations for start of 2023 data taking

GainCalibration run was taken on Mar. 9 (elog) and the output data was copied to the following path on the CERN EOS:
/eos/cms/store/group/dpg_tracker_pixel/comm_pixel/GainCalibrations/Phase1/Run_10156/

The data now needs to be analyzed to produce new gain calibrations.

• Analyze data and produce new gain calibrations @lnoehte
• Validate new gain calibrations @SanjanaSekhar

Due to updated pulse height settings in FPix, the gain calibration run had to be re-taken. New files are located in /eos/cms/store/group/dpg_tracker_pixel/comm_pixel/GainCalibrations/Phase1/Run_10166/.
