"subs not found" error in todo.pl

When todo.pl is executed with the --GRID flag, there are 2 error messages raised:

sh: subs: command not found
sh: subs: command not found

This has no impact on the functionality of the framework.

The cause of the problem is understood and a fix is being implemented. As there are no consequences for the functionality, we will implement the bug fix with the next major update.
