[NanoAnalysis] Refactor overallEventWeight #242
Description
- Move overallEventWeight to ZZCand_overallEventWeight (and similar for CRs) so that it becomes a candoidate's property, and can include also ZZCand_dataMCWeight, so that there is no chance for users to miss that piece
