NAAN Prefix Sync Update - Email Workflow Update

Rushiraj's ucop.edu email account was configured to send certain emails pertaining to Naan prfix updates. Since his appointment with UCOP/CDL has ended, his ucop.edu may be removed at any time. (confirmed 5/15 it's still working and fwd-ing emails to his nceas.ucsb.edu account)

Once his account is removed he'll stop getting NAAN updates, along with a filter he has set that sends these updates to Slack N2T channel -- based on which the EZID team runs NAAN prefix sync commands.

Here are the filters that I've set:

Rushiraj also has an XML file that he exported from GMail in case @jsjiang or @ashleygould wants to set this up once my UCOP account is disabled.

Other than this, I do not think my UCOP account is tied with anything else.

It is interesting to find that the email address I got from the n2t Slack channel is different than what Rushiraj has:

I sent a test email to the above email address and it appeared in the Slack n2t channel. So it works.

A rule has created in my Outlook client to forward emails to the n2t slack channel with following criteria:

• sent from n2t@ids-n2t2-stg.n2t.net
• with subject: ok: cron hitrnt ids-n2t2-dev.n2t.net
• body message containing: hitrnt: harvested updates ready: naan_registry.txt shoulder_registry.txt

I don't receive the 2nd email with following like content. I think Ashley is the the "CC" list.
@ashleygould Hi Ashely, can you add a rule to forward this email to the n2t Slack channel. You can find the channel's email address from channel/Integrations/Send emails to this channel. Let me know if you have questions. Thank you
