Gain Admin Access of Production Metabase

DevSecOps Issue

Summary

All people that I think have admin access of the production Metabase environment are unavailable (Patrick, Mo, Rick, Jim, previous DevOps). We should look into how we can gain admin access to the production Metabase. It sounds like it may be possible to directly modify the database that Metabase is storing the users in? Also, it sounds like we can set an environment variable to reset the users? Overall I'm not sure the best way to proceed and it will require investigation.

This is not an issue in Staging metabase because I am an admin in Staging metabase.

Trying /app/run_metabase.sh reset-password [email protected] broke metabase.

The workload doesn't emit the necessary log data for passwordless access. Plannning to open a support ticket w/Metabase to find another way in.
