Hi @victor-chaparro I responded to Oklahoma for resolution on this issue. However, we received a similar inquiry today with the following details and I am unable to verify or locate the file. Can you take a look? Missing fields for specimen ID - 57wIV6URI767abwzG01Dwy / patient ID - 29258341: PID: ['11.5']. The report ID for this discrepancy is 13d64a53-728c-466f-a0bd-fb401c9950da.
