I cannot upgrade the package from V.1.0.0 to the latest V.1.0.1, via RStudio with either devtools or downloaded tar.gz or zip files. My installation with EPHTrackR-1.0.1.tar.gz still leads me to V.1.0.0. I've updated my base R and RStudio to the latest version but still cannot get the designated version of EPHTrackR to be installed successfully.
I know we've communicated regarding errors in download of M1294 but I still cannot download it via the API. Either specifying stratification from list of available stratifications or not, it doesn't work. So as M423, M1041, M1139, M1140, M1141, and M1433. With the prior version I was able to download M423, but not with the latest install.
Please see below for the error message I got.
Information of my device(s), OS, and R:
Desktop: Dell, 64-bit OS, with Windows 11 Enterprise--Version 21H2
Same issue happens with my MacBook M2 Max. I could check my OS version if needed.
R version: 4.3.3
RStudio version: 2023.12.1.402
Many thanks in advance!
