Establish/maintain a dashboard for status of interop

It would be useful to create and maintain a single source of:

• Emerging or finalized standards affecting attestation (e.g., EAT, AR4SI, EAR, CMW, TDX EAT profile, etc.)
• Verification service interop status (e.g., ITA/Veraison/MAA/CocoAttestation/etc. interop for attestation results and protocol)

This would enable the SIG to clearly see the gap between the goal of alignment on interoperable standards, and the reality. This could inform decisions on where to invest energy for next steps.
