add support for a homebrew installation

I would like to have a homebrew tap to manage the installation and upgrade of the trash

Ideally I would like to have a command like:

brew install trash

this* is an entry point to add software to homebrew.

I would like a cli tool that uses this library, so instead of using rm -rf file, we can use something like trash file
