Plugin doesn't recongize type of line #2

Sometimes plugin / tool doesn't recognize if line is straight or with empty spaces. On the bottom of a picture it should have gone North, but it went to the East. (it went from Eastern site to the left and turned right, not straight not how it should have gone if it's important)

Thanks @wojtek19022 for reporting this. Lines like this (where it's pretty easy to mistake which line is which) have been a problem for us.

Do you have a larger example TIF I could look at to investigate what's going on? Then hopefully I can push out a new model that has better performance for you.

Hi @brendanashworth due to large size of project that I saved for you, below you can find link for QGIS project packed in ZIP.

In project I had attached Geotiff and some geopackage files with vectorized polygons and polylines.

just noting that I'm still looking into this as part of larger model improvements — hasn't been forgotten! just needs more time

hi @wojtek19022 we just released v2 which should have a lot better performance on a map like this... maybe give it a try?
