Adblocker detection

Replace any ads with a notice to disable adblocker if adblocker is running.

Make sure the notice is not aggressive as it should feel like a kind reminder. The notice should only replace the space existing ads already use. The function to replace ads should also include an optional boolean to ignore. So some ads can be outright disabled to save space or be used by other content.
