The error message for add seems to imply that the tele/ field must be included because it is not in square brackets (e.g. [tele/]).
But it appears that upon testing and reading up the UG, the tele field is optional for the add command and it is even shown as such in the UG.
Just a minor documentation bug but may confuse users when they use the app.
