New readme and improved config flow

I have updated the readme with hopefully better and more accurate configuration instructions. If anyone cares to give it a read or even a step by step run to ensure everything is correct that would be helpful.

Also, I improved the flow when a new panel connects. if the panel uses default accesscode, Neohub will just connect to it. Hopefully this will help new users "fall into success"

As a HA new user looking to integrate my existing DSC system (monitored with a parallel-wired EyezOn Duo in UNIVERSAL mode), I "fell into success" following the new readme over the weekend. It didn't automatically input the 32 digit Type 2 code despite my system having the default 12345678x4 one but after putting it in it happily handshaked and pulled the config.

Followed as written and it appears to have pulled all zone labels correctly and is giving arming options on the webUI in my HAOS instance (running on a dedicated NUC, not docker/container setup).

Only issue is it has caused a persistent "Receiver Trouble - 1" signal on the DSC. No amount of resets/power cycles will correct it. Beeps on and off, have had to disable trouble beeps for now in [022][7]

I'm glad to hear the updated readme is paying off, and I appreciate you taking the time to give some feedback and confirmation things are working. I am curious why it didn't 'just' work with the default access code. Just to confirm what build number are you running?

I haven't heard of the Receiver Trouble 1 error. I suspect that might be something to do with the EyezOn system. I presume its still working? Regardless, I don't have any ideas about what to do about it. Maybe someone else here has some experience that can chime in.

I just did some reading about your setup, and I understand now the EyezOn is a parallel/seperate from the DSC panel so it (likely) cant be the issue with the error. I see some parameters on my panel that are disabled that if enable maybe could cause your issue.

[851][010] bit 4 Receiver Group Enabled <- This should be disabled. Mine is set to -2------
[851][018] >1,2 Receiver Group Pair 1,2 mine is set to 00

I have no idea if this will help, but that's what mine is set to. I believe my receiver was set to all defaults beyond the settings mentioned in the readme. If you can acquire a copy of DLS it might make tinkering easier.

Yep, Google/HA forums for "DSC NEO" leads here pretty quickly!

Everything is working, just trying to find out why DSC still seems unhappy. My [851] is set like yours - can I ask what you have your panel [300][001]-[004] set to? Mine are all "2", wondering if it's a path issue.

Mine appear to all be set to 01 Phone Line PSTN
