Some tracks work great being played once or looping, but some have intros and outros that don't work when looping the track or sound strange when removed completely. I think a feature to either play another track at the start before going to the looped one or to add points to the track that specify which points to loop between would be great. I do feel like the latter option would potentially need a more precise selection than what the start skip slider gives, as only going by seconds can feel a bit restrictive.
