Styling on Server app landing page

Currently, the root path landing page for the app just directs users to look at our Github for documentation. That's fine, but we could implement some styling to make it a little more appealing if someone accidentally visits it.

Options:

• Github Pages style copy of our Readme
• Splash page with the same information, but a nice background of the Game in action
• Custom splash page with a basic description of the Game, links to our Githubs, link to production version of the FE
