this can be used as a refrence for existing workflows that deploy to testnet on pull request, mainnet on merge to main , and do the smart contract verification as well. You can literally copy paste and adjust the code, it is relatively well tested.

please note that the intention of this feature is to be used across multiple repos, but not to make continous automatic upgrades of production environments but rather to know end to end deployments are work and that frontends can be continunally spun up with new smart contract versions without necessitating the frontend team to know anything about smart contract deployment or overloading their environment with that code.
