Add License to Repository

Summary

This project currently does not have a license. We should add one to clarify usage rights and responsibilities.

Consider dual licensing under MIT and Apache 2.0, similar to the commonware project, so users can choose the license that best fits their needs.

Tasks:

• Review dual licensing approach (MIT + Apache 2.0)
• Add license files to the repository
• Update README with licensing information
