Describe the solution you'd like

• Update icons to newer styles and adjust sizes
• add loading silhouettes and improve load times
• add settings option to load images or not for feeds
• improve feeders arrangement
• change font styles

Maybe a UI rehaul will give the project a breathe of fresh air
