What happened?

I encountered a CI/CD error on LlamaBot: https://github.com/ericmjl/llamabot/actions/runs/14951396625/job/42001289915?pr=191#step:11:319

Traced this back to litellm not having numpydoc explicitly declared in pyproject.toml.

I already have a PR branch ready to go to fix this.
