Confused by the budgets

Hi, I am trying to set a team budget limit and team member budget limit. After studying the docs I now create a team with max_budget and budget_duration. I add a key to the team. Then I add a user with max_budget_in_team. Each user that uses the key is an internal user. This is displayed correctly in the UI:

But when the team member exceeds their budget in the team they can still make requests.
Am I missing something?

I previously created the team with team_member_budget which also added the max budget field for a user but this also was not enforced.

I do not think there is currently a DRI for this. We can add this to the weekly roadmap

I see that #19207 mentions this discussion. But I updated to the 1.80.17 version and am still experiencing this issue. I set a team member budget to be 0.01, for instance, but I can still make new requests associated with this team member even if the team member spend is way above 0.01.
The team budget itself is respected and results in errors when exceeded.

One other observation is that the team member spend does not seem to reset every day (while my team budget spend does respect this setting).

My setup is that there is a team with a key that is used by all members. But the requests are associated with internal users via headers.
Any other info I should provide?
