make sure omiglass OTA works

omiglass needs OTA updates from omi flutter app

board/chip we use: esp32s3

please check how OTA updates work for the necklace and do the same

how it should work:

1. open omi app
2. connect glasses
3. automatically get update-popup if newer firmware available
4. click "update" => firmware on glasses updated

I have found the bug!

The backend expects the device name to be OpenGlass but in the current firmware it is set to Omi Glass. Because of this, the app fails to find the latest firmware.

This should be a small fix. I'm happy to work on this!

It needed more changes than I thought it would!

I have currently disabled photo capture. I need to test more to ensure there aren't any memory panics.
