Download Icon State Not Refreshed After Syncing

After completing the syncing process, the download icon remains stuck and does not reflect the refreshed state. The only way to resolve this issue is to force close the app and then reopen it, which is not an ideal user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync data in the app.
2. Observe the download icon remains stuck even after syncing is complete.
3. Force close the app and reopen it to see the icon update to its correct state.

Expected Behavior:
The download icon state should automatically refresh after syncing without requiring the user to close and reopen the app.

Actual Behavior:
The icon remains in its previous state, giving the impression that syncing has not been completed.
