@kodjima33 bro, this ticket is what i mentioned about isolation level on our back-end services.

if you still remember, during one of our weekly call you faced the issue where you could not load the app page. i explained that there are some super heavy apis were causing the entire system to slow down.

and, this task is to resolve it.

now we have 3 services to ensure the super importance apis likes transcription api still work well even there's some peak from another one likes /sync-local-files (sdcard)
