z How to access the cost Data Management

SECTION1: This section shows how to access the cost management data in the database.

SECTION2: This section shows how to access the solution deployment in the azure automation account. (Scroll down to this section if this is what wish to know).

Login to PMP subscription on Azure.

On the Azure home page search for SQL DATABASE in the top middle search bar and click on SQL DATABASES under services section.

You should see the below page.

Click on the sde_costmanagement_prod_db (sde-costmanagement-prod-db-server/sde_costmanagement_prod_db) You should see the below page

Click on the QUERY EDITOR (PREVIEW) and then click on continue as “you”.

You should see the screen below.

Dropdown on the table and you should see the tables in the database. you can query the tables to see the data.

SECTION2

On the Azure home page Search for Automation account in the top middle search bar and click on SQL DATABASES under services section.

You should see the below image.

1. Click on the bh-automation-acc
2. Drop down Process automation
3. Click on Runbooks
4. Click on cost-management-prod

You should see the below image

1. Click on Overview

2. Click on view to see the deployment in read only mode

NOTE: To Modify the code, click on edit
