Renaming/Moving a file and also editing it will not make it show up

Awesome tool! makes it way easier to improve coverage iteratively!

When moving and editing a file in the same branch, `diff-cover` seems not able to detect those changes and just ignores it. Is there a way of making sure they still end up in the diff? Or am I just doing something wrong?
