ACM DL Literature Sample / Question

Randomized Literature Sample from ACM DL is here, PDFs are included. Again, please report back if Paperpile is insufficient in anyway and I can move the folder over to Zotero.

Log of search terms is here, included are some thoughts as I went through the process. Different digital libraries appear as separate sheets, the search parameters that I used for the ACM DL Full Text have a box around them.

I created a spreadsheet matrix for both of us to document the inclusion and exclusion of the sample set.

In the (WIP) Search Protocol, I wrote up a short reflection regarding my work over the past week detailing some issues I experienced. It is at the bottom of the document.

Question:
How much should I document the process of working on the protocol (search term choices, how I randomized the the literature sample, the steps to execute the actual search in ACM DL as it is not intuitive).

FYI: I plan on reviewing the sample tomorrow.

Just document what you arrive at as a query - along the way it is helpful to keep a log of things, but this isn't necessary for future reporting

For the sample - just decide if the paper should be included or excluded from the sample given our search strategy. This is simply us trying to judge whether or not we have a good handle on whether the papers that result from our search are relevant to being reviewed in our study. I'll modify our sheet so this is clear.
