Add a Funnel Option for An Accent Beyond #4691

Description of the feature
Add the Turret Proximity part of An Accent Beyond a funnel Music option. To further demonstrate, I attatched two MP3 files for examples below. The first is only the turret proximity part, and the second is it plays with the base music continuing.

Personally I think the second is better for funnel music, but whatever you think sounds better.
Why should this be implemented
It would add another Funnel option that fits an Accent Beyond.

I might have opened this issue in the wrong repository, I wasn't sure which one to do.
