[BDE Creation] Pressing enter in specialty modal does not validate the form #1
Expected behavior : When creating a specialty in the specialty modal, pressing enter key should create the specialty if the form is valid, otherwise it should do nothing
Current behavior : Pressing enter cancels the specialty creation (no matter if the form is valid or not)
