Cleaned up License, Copyright, Readme.

Removed all COPYRIGHT and LICENSE files and placed
in each case a copy in the ball root directory.

LICENSE contains an updated version of LGPL v2.1.

COPYRIGHT contains minor modifications.

README is a bit more structured.
